Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM ET ship the same day and arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on Saturday or Sunday, ship the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following Monday. In-store pickup orders at our Bonita or Tampa location are ready within a few hours of purchase, subject to in-salon stock availability.
