Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Noble Lengths, Noble Salon, or Shopify.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to not be charged a cancellation fee. 

Appointment rescheduling 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will not be charged a rescheduling fee.  

Appointment cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients who do not show up or reach out to us regarding a scheduled appointment change will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Additionally, rebooking will require payment for the appointment upfront to schedule an appointment.
